Magic

Process

How magicworks.

Nine steps, in order, every time. Not because process is impressive — because skipping one shows up in the conversation.

Step 01

Understand

What does the brand need to accomplish?

Objectives before tactics. If the goal is unclear, everything after it is guesswork.

  • 01Understand

What does the brand need to accomplish?

Objectives before tactics. If the goal is unclear, everything after it is guesswork.

  • 02Study

Who is the audience and what does the market tell us?

Research the buyer, the category, the competitors and the environments where they actually are.

  • 03Design

What kind of customer experience should we create?

Choose the format, the footprint, the message and the reason someone would stop.

  • 04Prepare

Train people around the brand, message and objective.

Product knowledge, brand voice, real questions, real objections, practiced out loud.

  • 05Show up

Bring the campaign into the market.

Setup, placement, timing and presence — on schedule and on brand.

  • 06Engage

Create real conversations and customer interactions.

Ask, listen, answer, demonstrate. Let people decide with information they didn't have before.

  • 07Read the room

    Understand customer response.

Capture what happened: interest, confusion, comparisons, timing, environment performance.

  • 08Adjust

Improve based on what actually happens.

Change the message, the location, the schedule or the approach — whatever the field says to change.

  • 09Build from there

Take what works and keep moving.

Scale the version that earned it, and keep testing the next variable.

You see the moment.
We see everything it took to create it.
